Guillaume is the founder and CEO of VitaBella Luxury & Lifestyle, a Marketing & Communications Consultancy dedicated to Wine brands. The company successfully advised more than 250 international wine brands including Champagne Taittinger, Axa Millesimes, Chateau Miraval, Dr Loosen, Duval-Leroy, Famille Perrin, Gusbourne, Primum Familae Vini, Maison M.Chapoutier, Cos d’Estournel, Champagne Henri Giraud.

Polly is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned degrees in International Relations and French.
