As the situation becomes easier in Italy, Paul and Axel reflects about the situation of rediscovering hobbies and changing routines. Axel shares his love for food and wines as he connected to the places he would like to visit after the lockdown. He finally talks about the interesting characteristic brought by wines of Bolgheri welcoming the sunny, summery season.

Paul Yanon is the Vice President for the wine department of Colangelo & Partners, as well as heading up the wine education role for the agency as a whole. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications (Print) from Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia). Prior to his move to the United States, he had been a wine writer, sommelier as well as a marketer and publicist for both boutique and large Australian wineries. Now based in New York, Paul specializes in public relations for the wine industry and brings an experienced and knowledgeable skill set to the table.

Axel Heinz is the Winemaker and Estate Director of Ornellaia - Bolgheri (Livorno). In the past, he was the Enologist in charge of Production for the Château Fourcas Loubaney and the Château la Dominique Saint-Emilion, Grand Cru Classé and Château la Commanderie de Mazeyres Pomero since 2004. In 2000, he acted as consultant, representing the wines of many prestigious Bordeaux estates, for Bovitis SARL. He obtained his diploma in Agriculture, "Viticulture Oenologie," from the Lycée d'Enseignement Général et Technologique Agricole de Bordeaux (LEGTA), and completed his Masters in Agronomy from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs des Travaux Agricoles and the Enological School of Bordeaux
